I'm having problems with the client - it keeps showing up "please install the latest flash player". I have the latest flashplayer, I deleted and reinstalled, restarted the computer. Tried troubleshooting. Nothing seems to work. Could someone please help?

Do you have Windows 10?
There was an Bug with the security update for Internet Explorer (KB3132372)
You must install the Fix (KB3133431) then it should work again.
If the fix is already installed.
Optionally, look if your Flash Player version is up to date and the Client reinstall.
